He found me on a Monday.
By Wednesday he was a client.
He'd never heard of me 40 hours before. Didn't have a sales call. Didn't get weeks of free content first. He just saw how I work — and he was ready.
This is the exact process that made that possible. And I use it from a Facebook profile, in about an hour a day, while working full-time in healthcare and raising my kids.

Let me be real with you.
I work in healthcare. I'm a mom. I coach on the side.
And I talk to one to three new leads every single day — not because I'm posting constantly, not because I have a huge following, and not because I hired anyone to help me.
I built a simple process three years ago. I've been using it consistently ever since. What I'm sharing here is that exact process — not theory, not a strategy I heard about. What actually works when you have a full life and a real job and still want to build something.
You didn't become a coach to spend your days chasing leads. You became a coach to help people. So let's get back to that.
The coaching industry is really good at making this feel complicated.
You've probably been told you need:
- Ads
- A website or fancy funnel
- To be on every platform
- To post multiple times a day
- To give away endless free content and hope someone eventually buys
- To nurture people for months before they'll make a decision
I do this from a Facebook profile in about an hour a day. That's it. The rest of my time I'm at work, with my family, or actually coaching.
Most coaches aren't struggling because they're bad at coaching.
They're struggling because they're spending all their time on the wrong people.
You know that feeling — you put out content, someone comments on everything, DMs you questions, gets all the free value they can… and then goes and hires someone else? I've been there. It's not just frustrating. It costs you real time and real energy.
Here's what I learned: they weren't ready to buy. And no amount of free content was going to change that.
The shift I made was simple. I stopped trying to convince people they had a problem and started spending my energy on people who already knew they needed help — and were actively looking for a solution.
That one change made everything easier.
Ready people exist every single day. They just need to find you.
This is genuinely simple. Here's exactly how it works:
- 01
A lead comes in.
Either someone reaches out after seeing something I posted, or I start a conversation with someone I can already see is dealing with the problem I solve. I use both.
- 02
I send them this document.
Before any call or pitch, I want them to understand what I do and how it works. The right people read it and say yes — they're ready, it resonates, they want to know more. The people who aren't a fit quietly opt out. This alone saves me hours of back-and-forth with people who were never going to move forward.
- 03
We talk or I send an offer.
If they're interested, we hop on a quick call or I send a clear offer. No long drawn-out back-and-forth. No weeks of warming up. We get to the point.
- 04
They make a decision.
Yes or no. Either way I respect their time and mine. A clear answer — not a maybe that drags on for weeks.
That's it. Simple, repeatable, and it works in the pockets of a busy day.
Every piece of content I put out has one job — to move someone toward becoming a client.
Not to educate. Not to build a brand. Not to go viral. To get a paying client.
I'm not sitting down every week trying to think of something helpful just to stay visible. Every post has a reason. Every DM has a direction. I'm not chatting with people about their weekend for three weeks before I ever mention what I do.
I care about people — genuinely. But I'm also busy, and so are they. The most respectful thing I can do is be clear about what I offer and let them decide if it's right for them.
I'm not going to tell you this is a ten-minutes-a-day thing or that you'll sign ten clients your first week. That's not real, and you don't need a fantasy — you need something that actually works.
What I will tell you is that this is doable. Even when life is full. Even when you're exhausted. Even when you're working a job and raising a family and trying to build something on the side. Because that is exactly the life I'm building it in.
Three years in. Booking clients consistently for the last year and a half. Still in healthcare. Still a mom. Still very much a regular person.
More clients.
Less noise.
In four weeks, you walk away with a simple system for finding leads, starting real conversations, presenting your offer clearly, and getting a decision — without burning yourself out trying to be everywhere at once.
You stop waiting for someone to stumble across your content and eventually decide to buy.
You start having real conversations with people who already need what you do.
You book clients consistently. Without the chaos. Without being glued to your phone. Without sacrificing the time you actually want to spend doing what you became a coach to do.
If this feels aligned — or you just want to see the full plan — message me the word LEADS and I'll send it right over.
